Yes, we offer free quotes on large jobs like renovations, new homes, treatment plants etc. Servicing taps, leaking toilets and smaller jobs are done at our standard hourly rate.

You do not need a plumbing permit if you are changing like-for-like; for example, just pulling out the old toilet and putting a new one in the same place.

You will need a plumbing permit if you are changing things by adding fixtures or relocating them. It is better to put an application into your local council so that if you should sell, there will not be a hold-up when trying to comply later and possibly losing the sale.

An invoice will be emailed or posted to you within a few days of the job being done which you can pay by

• Deposit at any Bank of Queensland (Just ask the teller to include the invoice number so we can match your payment with your invoice)
